We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping (via DHL or FedEx)
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95 USD
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping (via EMS)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
- Basic tracking included
International Considerations
For customers outside the U.S.:
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes
- These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Roxy Zone gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
Our Return Policy
- 15-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains or odors
- Original packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
- Underwear and socks
- Personalized or customized items
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Submit a Return Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Details of item(s) to be returned (product name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- For exchanges: specify desired replacement details
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our team will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) with:
- Return instructions
- Your Return Authorization Number (RAN)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Securely package item(s) in original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation
- Write the RAN clearly on the outside of the package

Refund Process
- Processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective/wrong items)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when complete
Exchange Process
- Replacement ships after we receive your return
- Price differences will be adjusted (you pay more or receive refund)
- Standard shipping charges apply for exchanged items
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Use trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
